Product Description

The DR PRO-26 walk behind field and brush mower provides a number of benefits over the Premier model for increased versatility.

As this model is equipped with a more powerful electric starting 481cc Briggs & Stratton engine with a full pressure lubrication system, it is suitable to use on slopes and is capable of cutting through thicker saplings of up to 2.5″ (6cm) in diameter. The 26″ wide deck pivots to follow the contours of the ground to prevent scalping and the deck can also be removed enabling the 42″ Lawn Mower and the 42″ Grader/ Snow Blade attachments to be fitted.

A new feature added in 2018 is the useful power steering which makes handling this powerful machine effortless. Simply squeeze the brake on one side and the machine will pivot around that wheel enabling you to easily navigate around trees and obstacles.

Get the job done quickly without compromising on manoeuvrability

The 26″ wide cutting deck ensures progress is swift when cutting through weeds, brush, grass or even 2.5″ thick saplings but moving the machine around is still achievable.

Mulching Decks

Mowing decks on the walk behind field and brush mowers are enclosed on 3 sides, so that cut material is cut and then re-cut, reducing grass and brush to a fine mulch. This means less material is left behind in your field, and none of the windrows you get with side-discharging mowers.

26″ Wide Pivoting Deck

The 26″ wide deck on the PRO-26 is wide enough to mow paddocks and large areas quickly, but is still extremely agile. Unlike the rigid, fixed decks found on some brush mowers, the DR deck pivots from side to side, enabling it to follow the contours of rough ground. This feature minimizes scalping and improves traction.

Power Steering

The simple, but effective disc brake system enables the power steering function. Each wheel is fitted with its own brake which is operated by a hand lever. When one of the brake levers are compressed, the mower will pivot easily around that wheel making moving the field and brush mower around obstacles easy.
