Payment, returns and cancellations


For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards, PayPal or banker’s drafts.

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something please complete our returns form » to generate a return ID, then print the returns slip and return it with your goods.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly-supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning them via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (please do not send them via Special Delivery), up to the value of £10. If the postage costs will be greater than £10, please contact us (on 020 8676 3010) and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected. Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.


Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 020 8676 3010 or emailing and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
