Payment, Returns & Cancellations


For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, cash or banker’s drafts.


We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something, please email us at, including your order number, what you would like to return and why and include any pictures if appropriate.

Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly-supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning them via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (please do not send them via Special Delivery), up to the value of £10. If the postage costs will be greater than £10, please contact us (on 020 8676 3010) and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected.

When sending a return back to us, be sure to enclose a completed copy of the appropriate downloadable returns form (below) to speed up the processing of your return.

Machinery and machine attachments should be returned to our Swanley workshop for inspection:

Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 020 8676 3010 or emailing and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
