All the information contained on this website is correct to the best of our knowledge and is provided in good faith. We do our best, but it is possible that we may make mistakes from time to time.

Prices

Sometimes when our suppliers change their prices our poor web monkey can't keep up and so the prices listed on this site may change without notice. We do try our best to keep as up to date as possible, though.

Oh, and the prices don't include delivery or VAT - if you're having stuff delivered and/or it's subject to VAT, this will be added on when you go to pay.

Payment

For non-account holders, payment will be required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards or banker's drafts.

Ownership

Goods ordered remain the property of F R Jones and Son until full payment is received. Until you've paid the full amount owed - the stuff belongs to us!

Accounts

We will gladly open accounts for local authorities, parks and grounds maintenance contractors etc. Please contact us for more information.

Returns

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we're supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something please phone us first (on 020 8852 9668), then return the item(s) within 48hrs in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Ta very much.
