Husqvarna Professional Hand-over Policy

We stock an extensive range of Husqvarna products from machines and spares to clothing and accessories; however all Husqvarna items on this website are subject to the ‘Husqvarna Professional Hand-over Policy’ that all official Husqvarna dealers must abide by.

Husqvarna feel that the best service to customers is achieved through face-to-face contact with their local Husqvarna dealer. This ensures that you are sold the correct machine, with proper instruction, and you are familiar with all the important information regarding safe operation. Unfortunately, this hand-over policy does not allow us to deliver Husqvarna machines bought online or over the phone, unless we have previously conducted a ‘professional hand-over’ with you or you are a ‘professional user’. A ‘professional user’ would be someone who has recognised qualifications in the appropriate field for the machinery they are purchasing.

All other Husqvarna products (e.g. safety products, clothing, oil, etc) can be delivered to ‘known customers’. A ‘known customer’ is anyone who has had prior dealings with us or has met us at one of the many trade shows we attend.

Husqvarna are very passionate about the enforcement of this policy amongst their authorised dealers, so we hope you can understand that we cannot make exceptions.

Despite the obvious restrictions this policy imposes, we do want to make it as easy as we can for you to purchase Husqvarna machines from us. You can use this website to reserve and pay for any Husqvarna machine for collection from one of our outlets. Although we are primarily based in South-East London, we do have small satellite outlets around the country; why not contact us to see if there is one in your area ». If you do wish to order a Husqvarna machine via this website, we will contact you to let you know where and when you can collect your machine(s).
