Payment, returns and cancellations


For non-account holders, payment will be required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards or banker’s drafts.

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something please download and complete our returns form » (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and return it with your goods.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning them via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (please do not send them via Special Delivery), up to the value of £10. If the postage costs will be greater than £10, please contact us (on 020 8676 3010) and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected.

If you are returning an unwanted item for exchange / refund or have ordered the wrong size, we cannot reimburse your postage costs. If your order originally qualified for free postage, any refund will exclude the original postage cost; exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you – we will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment.

Refunds will be made to the payment card used for the original purchase.

Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the courier.

We can only accept items for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase and the items must be unwashed, unworn, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.


Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 020 8676 3010 or emailing and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
